Friend Ski Odyssey

What:
Just when you think your season is over too, too soon, we go on a big trip and make use of those seasoned ski legs in April or early May to somewhere exotic and thrilling. Ski touring is the preference but may include lift access in Iran or cat skiing in Iceland...

Who:
We are a network of friends, that includes YOU!! I simply organize the scene.
Me: Skiing is my greatest passion and I have carved out a life around it these last 10 years in Jackson Hole and beyond!! As an outdoor leadership educator with professional experience in new media contemporary art (ahem, 22 year old Brooklyn Self!), academic philosophy (ahem, baaad pick-up in a bar…), music (good pick-up in a bar…), commercial real estate (and eyes glaze over) and vinyasa yoga (eyes meet again!), I like a life of contradictions and contrast. As a friend, friend of friend or friend to be, I bet you do too. Lets get after it in the world’s wondrous places on skis…

Sometimes self-guided… other times with rad guide Eric Ostopkevich to make tough decisions and push your sense of reason with attitude and full-blown friend fever.
(Mostly) Daily friend yoga with me to rinse out that acid and take a still moment to relish the days. Ommmmm!
Full board with a cook that makes dreams come true in your tummy.
Historically, alcohol, tips and travel plans are separate… but as friends we can talk through the fact that I drink exclusively Rosé (say it with me friends, its fun: “Rosé All DAY!”) and you like Whiskey, we’ll find a compromise.

In trips past, prices have been $1800-$3300pp. Price sharing makes these places more accessible than trying to go solo or with your boo of choice. As friends, we try to make a price point that suits everyone within a range. Occasionally we can prepare a sliding scale as there is lots to help with to make these trips happen so don’t be afraid to toss your name out there to join a trip and get in on helping your friends help you have F.U.M. (Friendly Unbridled Merriment). For those who blew out a knee without health insurance, we may even be able to offer a friend-loan (some call it “financing”), to make this happen!
Important FYI, I don’t make money off my friends or these trips, I get paid in your company, curiosity and commitment to carpe all those diems!!
